Receipts,Confirmation Notices and Other Important e-Mail
When you register with our site to purchase a report you will immediately be sent two confirmation emails in succession containing information regarding your account. The first will be a receipt of your purchases, and approxiamately five minutes later, the second will contain further instructions on accessing and downloading your report.
If you have a junk mail (‘spam’) filter on your email, please be sure to add our addresses to your address book:
Failure to do so may prevent you from receiving emails containing order confirmation and download instructions.
Please note that your credit card will be billed in the name Cancer Communications, Inc.
You may download your report immediately after purchase by clicking on "My Account" to go to your customer account page. Your "My Account" page has instructions on downloading your report. (Periodic updates to your report can be downloaded in the same way; you will be notified via email when these are available.)
These reports are only available as an electronic download in PDF format. In order to download and view your report you will need a current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader (Version 5.0 or higher). If you do not have a current version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer, you may download and install one free by clicking here:
Reports by Mail
You may choose to have your Moss Report printed and shipped to you. For printing and shipping a report within the US there is an additional charge of $53.00 for printing, plus shipping charges.
If you initially order a Moss Report and download it from our website, but later decide that you would like a printed copy, this can be arranged. Please e-mail our main office at email@example.com.
All reports are processed within 48 hours of your purchase date and then sent via FedEx to your shipping address. The above printing and shipping fees apply. Please allow ample time for delivery.
Moss Report clients who ordered prior to 03/08
Our ordering system changed in March 2008. If you purchased a Moss Report prior to March 2008, you can still access your account as you did before. To retrieve your account information, click on the "Sign In" button at the top, type in the email address that you used when you originally set up your account, then click the "Lost Password" link. This system will send you a new account access, and you will be able to obtain your report updates and maintain your account accordingly.
Cancer Communications, Inc. guarantees your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your report you may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date. You may also cancel your membership at anytime.
